Simple easy product.I purchased this leading up to my acl reconstruction surgery. Using it to stretch at the gym and currently to assist in moving my leg around after surgery. It has many uses and has made my recovery and stretching so much easier!Highly recommend having around.I enjoy the poster & strap. Very easy to use.Love that this comes with a chart of what to do. If used consistently will help to become and maintain flexabalityThis is perfect for my stretching exercises that I require after total knee replacement. I love it, its strong and effectiveVery good for helping to strengthen my knee after a total knee replacement.This green stretch out strap has multiple built-in hand loops , so no need to strangle your hands in doubly wrapped layers of strap to gain a grip. I love the chart that comes with it. This was an especially wise investment for leg and hip stretches, because I can more easily do those , without putting my recently torn rotator cuff muscle in a risky position while doing legs and hips therapy.My true review is 4.5 ? Stars. The strap itself is as anticipated...just like the one at the PT office. However, I expected a true "laminated" poster...thinking it would easily slide behind my dresser or under the bed. The poster has no sturdiness to it...it's just shiny heavy paper...so it keeps rolling up...won't lay flat for easy use. It may end up okay if you want to tac it to your wall.Maybe I should have ordered the book version but I didn't want to flip through pages. I wanted to be able to lean it against something, keeping it in close easy view, while I used the bandBe forewarned. The poster is really two folded and stapled photocopied pages. I bought two straps - a Sportneer strap for my husband and the OPTP one for me. The OPTP was more expensive but I thought the poster would be good to hang up on the wall. The quality of the OPTP is not as good as the Sportneer strap and I do not have a poster. Very disappointed.
